At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges on items sold on our website or on our affiliate eBay pages.

However, if an item is lost our damaged through the shipping process we are happy to assist in the recovery of your order. If the order is unable to be recovered and it is deemed to be the fault of our shipping partner PPSC will issue a recovery package to the customer at no cost. This is an effort on the behalf of PPSC to enhance customer loyalty and stand by our customer service commitment. PPSC does not guarantee any specific product, driver, team, character, or item in the recovery package. This will be a package that PPSC deems to be relatively comparable to the purchase price and will be the same sport or entertainment genre.
